Gracias al programa Superhéroes Norte de Santander hoy logramos dar inicio a la de inducción de 15 personas con limitaciones físicas que se vincularán laboralmente a nuestra empresa como Asesores Comerciales.
Asimismo, esta iniciativa es liderada por SuperGIROS y cuenta con el apoyo del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA y esta basada en la implementación de tres pilares fundamentales, ‘Calidad de vida’, ‘Formación’ y ‘Liderazgo en el entorno’.
Ahora bien, el objetivo principal de este programa es gestionar un ambiente propicio para el desarrollo de las personas con discapacidad, no solo en el ámbito laboral sino, personal y social.
La convocatoria y selección de las personas en condición de discapacidad, que harán parte de la planta de trabajadores de SuperGIROS, se hace desde la Agencia Pública de Empleo (APE) Sena, para ocupar vacantes en diferentes áreas de la empresa.
Todo ese proceso esta supervisado y orientado por profesionales del Sena, que además harán uso de los instrumentos y plataformas de esta institución, buscando brindar todas las garantías de transparencia en el proceso de selección de quienes se postulen.
