El Grupo Éxito y Supergiros anunciaron una nueva alianza para ampliar su alcance y facilitar el acceso a servicios financieros para sus clientes.
La nueva integración entre las dos compañías permitirá a los colombianos mover su dinero en efectivo desde las tiendas del grupo, que incluye marcas como Éxito, Carulla, Surtimax, Surtimayorista y Superinter, a una red extensa de más de 32.000 oficinas de Supergiros.
El operador postal Supergiros tiene presencia en los 32 departamentos del país y en los 1.103 municipios, a través de 29 colaboradores empresariales y seis redes aliadas (Gane, PagaTodo, Record, Consuerte, Gana, Facilísimo, Susuerte, Apostar, entre otros).
Esta asociación permitirá a los clientes realizar una variedad de transacciones, desde giros hasta correspondencias bancarias, pago de remesas y apuestas. Algunos de estos servicios venían ya prestándose en los almacenes del Grupo Éxito.
«La llegada de Supergiros a Grupo Éxito es nuestra respuesta para seguir trabajando por el bienestar y las necesidades de la población colombiana. Esta alianza no solo nos permite llegar a áreas remotas, sino también brindar acceso a servicios financieros y rutas de oportunidades conquistando nuevos territorios. Esta asociación nos acerca a la visión de un ecosistema de servicios transaccionales que en Grupo Éxito desarrollamos para que nuestros clientes puedan resolver sus diligencias diarias dentro de nuestros almacenes. Los servicios como giros, corresponsalías bancarias, pago de remesas y apuestas son un portafolio altamente valorado por los clientes«, expresó José Gabriel Loaiza, presidente Operativo Retail Colombia Grupo Éxito.
En cuanto a los alcances, Edgar Páez, presidente de Supergiros, explicó que este plan de expansión de la red a través de almacenes Grupo Éxito es una estrategia para llegar a nuevos mercados y conectar a los clientes y familias a través de la red.
“A través del lanzamiento de giros con almacenes del Grupo Éxito podemos conectar a nuestros clientes y sus familias desde la oportunidad y la conveniencia. Ahora, mientras realizan sus compras, cualquier persona puede enviar y recibir dinero entre más de 500 almacenes y nuestras oficinas, sin importar su ubicación. Esta interconexión permite mover el dinero desde un Éxito hacia un Carulla, desde un SuperGIROS a un Surtimax, o de un Superinter a un Supergiros”, comentó Édgar Páez.
